I’m loving my new school and I have no regrets so far.
I have met so many new people from different backgrounds.
Most of the people in my class are international students.
Majority of them are from Southeast Asia.
Too many cute chinitos and singkits!
My weaknesses actually…
So while he and I aren’t really seeing each other,
This might make things a little too complicated.

So I started my stay in the dorm last week.
It’s been fun so far.
My roommate is pretty cool and crazy~
Although I am pretty disappointed that she sleeps really late.
We share the same room so it’s quite a bother.

I have also been partying since I got here.
Though I never really thought I’d do that.
Ahhh, the things college can do to you!
First night I was here,
My friend and I saw a person passed out,
probably too much intoxication.
Second day? Well, had a date with him
Strolling around campus, getting lost
and that little secret adventure he made me swore not to tell anyone
(this doesn’t count right?)
Third day was just as fun.
Fourth day, rocking it out with some indie bands
Party, party, party!
I wish I had my camera though…

School starts next week. Oh, Fall semester once more!
I am getting tensed about the whole situation.
New school, new everything.
I kind of don’t have any idea on what’s going to happen.
Fear of getting lost and not fitting in
And perhaps even standing out?
I dread that day.
But then again, I go about thinking…
This was my choice,
No one forced me to start over

So, I finally moved to my dorm.
I’m posting this from our room.
I have a roommate.
My plan to go live with him didn’t push through,
Parents were hilarious in dissuading us
Things would still work out,
I believe so!

I just want to share some of the things that I have found while blog hopping.

It seems that I would have missed out on a must-see event if I had not hopped by ate Yesha’s blog. According to her post, there would be two moons on August 27th.

I also came across a printable dorm room essentials checklist while browsing Technorati. The list would help me double check the things that I have packed and the other things that I would still need.

So, I am thinking of posting random sites again and I would probably do that if I find ones that are good enough. Finding good posts are quite rare ever since paid blogging became huge! I can not even tell whether someone is simply reviewing a product of choice or getting paid to do it. I think it is quite unethical to not tell your readers or visitors that the post is a little tainted because you got paid to say those things. Since I also have my own sponsors, I am quite aware that they forbid you to have an in post disclaimer but please, at least be decent enough to hint your readers by turning the comments off or some other obvious thing.
