Indecisive Me

I can’t even recall when was the last time I posted an entry! I was so excited to start this Spring semester because of some changes that I knew where going to happen in my life. First off, I was excited to get a new roommate. I know it’s kind of a weird thing to say but somehow, I feel up to the challenge of getting along with yet another random stranger. So, I was really, really looking forward to meeting her but it never happened. For some reason, I never got a new roomie! After all the excitement and rearranging the apartment.. hmm.. never happened! Although I am still quite disappointed, it was nice to have more space in the apartment.

Anyway, the other thing that I was excited about is getting more involved with school activities and actually participating in organizations, etc. I was able to do this. I have attended some general meetings and socials for the organizations that I am interested in working with. Pretty good so far. There have also been some good lecture series on campus and I am so glad that I made time to attend them. I have learned so much and it has only been the first month of school. Most of the events have FREE food! YAY. Haha. That’s just one of the plus side. I have had the chance to eat an assortment of lunches and dinners.

Another thing that kept me busy is because it’s already recruitment season! Although I still have a few semesters to go, I have to keep this in mind so I can be prepared when the time comes. I really want to impress my future employers. So yeah, I have spent quite some time in developing my resume. At first, I was thinking it would be hard to fill up the page. However, I was quite surprised that I actually had to edit out some stuff! I filled up that one page easily. I had to use a smaller font and push the margins a little. Later, I found out from my professor that I should have just edited some more and just emphasize on the accomplishments that I want the recruiter to focus on. A little more revisions here and there before I came up with a final version that I turned in. But I know this is not the end of it, I would still have to eventually revise it as I get more involved with school activities, volunteering, and such.

Finally, school has been extra demanding. I only have four subjects but I have to get through ten books! My general education class alone uses five books and that doesn’t even include the PDF files that we have to print out. I really feel bad for using too much paper so I just try to selectively print the important stuff. Or I just bring my laptop around to do my reading.

So… that’s what’s up with me. Now, I want to know… what’s up with you? Update me please! =]

Gaah. I have not updated in a while and I still do not feel like updating. I don’t know why I just don’t feel like writing anymore. I have been too stress to think and even rant. Argh. But at least this semester is over, over, over! I survived (I think) my first year of b-school. Woohoo. Not quite looking forward to next semester yet…

Oh well, let me just enjoy my vacation first!

During the rush to Finals week, I totally lost control of time and well, this is what happened. It’s been almost a month since my last update and there are so many things that I want to write I do not even know where to start with. I also have so many “assignments” pending, if you know what I mean. Argh. I need to get caught up! And of course, I miss visiting my friends’ blogs and blog hopping in general. This should be an interesting weekend. I am still at my university apartment even though my roommates and most of the local students have moved out already. I just do not feel like surrendering my freedom as of this time so oh well. I really did not have to leave this place for winter break but my family misses me and I have to take that into consideration although I really feel like being alone right now while I contemplate on the other things I could do with my life (:

Sorry it took me a while to get back to my own blog and start writing again. Lately, I haven’t really been in the mood or condition to write. Regarding my last entry, that car is actually a “diecast” model. I didn’t want the actual car. I just wanted the toy that looks like it. However, I found out that it costs a little over a hundred dollars to get so I don’t think I’d be practical to get it.

Anyway, on some other news, I might stop posting Gossip Girl updates since I am pretty much over the whole hype. I don’t know. For some reason, I just don’t feel like watching it anymore. Plus I do not really have the time to look for the “hidden” streams anymore. Uploaders are getting more and more careful these days so it’s getting fairly harder to find them.

My school work is also getting insane because the semester is coming to a close. I am still adjusting so it’s been a tough semester but hopefully the next one would be less of a challenge. Surely looking forward to it.

Anyway, I hope all of you will have a wonderful rest of November. My next post might be in December XD
